How it Works

Me & Mo is a subscription food delivery service that makes eating healthy easy and delicious. You don't have to worry about fussing through menus to figure out what's healthy. We'll stock your fridge with healthy grab and go options that work with your busy schedule.

The Subscription

Once a week we deliver 9 meals to your house — three breakfasts, three snacks, and three larger meals you can eat for lunch or dinner. We’ve found this combination to be a good balance for people who like the flexibility of eating out or cooking a few days a week. We just make sure it's enough for you to get all the right nutrients each week. The food will keep in your fridge for up to a week so you can spread the meals out however you like. The subscription costs $140 per week.

Our Food

We source the best local ingredients whenever possible. Living in California makes this easy! There are so many amazing local and sustainable farms that we’re excited to share with you every week. We design our menu around the variety of fresh produce that each season brings. Our dishes highlight organic seasonal fruit and veggies, gluten free grains, and sustainable animal protein. We believe a balanced diet is super important so we’ve designed our menu to give you the right amounts of protein, fat, and fiber.

Our food is free of refined sugar, gluten, hydrogenated oils, and GMOs. Our meal delivery program is based on a whole-food, plant-rich diet that includes fresh, nutrient-dense ingredients, and follows the rule that the food you eat should make you feel great.


We deliver your subscription bundle on Tuesday's between 6:30-8:30pm or Wednesday's between 8:30am-12:30pm. The food is good in the fridge for the rest of the week. We now deliver to Alameda, Atherton, Belmont, Berkeley, Brisbane, Burlingame, Castro Valley, Daly City, Danville, Dublin, Emeryville, Hayward, Hillsborough, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Millbrae, Mountain View, Oakland, Orinda, Palo Alto, Pacifica, Piedmont, Redwood City, San Bruno, San Francisco, San Mateo, South San Francisco, Stanford, and Sunnyvale.

How We're Different

Our food is homemade and every dish is made with a lot of thought. We don't outsource any work, even prep, so we have full control of our ingredients. We don't believe in cutting corners and want to be part of the entire process. We try and source everything locally so our menu is heavily seasonal. We produce almost no waste while keeping everything fresh. Lastly, we source produce and meats from the most sustainable farms. These places tend to be more expensive but the quality and environmental impact matter a lot to us. Your conscience can be at peace when you eat Me & Mo!
